Futurisms: “The Sound of the War of Sounds” – Royal Palace, Milan

Curated by Castagna & Ravelli, “Futurisms” reflected on the theme of light and energy through contemporary eyes and futurist aesthetics.

A great performance of light projections and live painting, futurist art took over the outdoor spaces and façades of the Palazzo Reale, the Piazzetta Reale and the Mediafacciata Arengario.

Accompanying this event was “The Sound of the War of Sounds,” an installation created by Agon – a Milanese centre for music production and research – which used sound scenarios to decontextualise music as expressive noise.

It was featured in the exhibition titled “Futurism: 1909 – 2009.”
