Il Cinema Ritrovato, promoted by the Cineteca di Bologna, is a festival dedicated to the history of cinema and to the screening of restored films.

Timothy Brock has been reconstructing original scores for decades which he then conducts live alongside cinematic projections.

He conducts the musicians of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna and brings to life these authentic soundtracks which become, in turn, protagonists of some of the most beautiful films in history.
